I recently recalled a massive balls up I made by missing an important appointment because there was a decent swell running. It was only 3ft but with light offshores and sunny all other daily concerns were sidelined to get in the water. Without going into detail the missed appointment had some serious repocussions but on that day my mind was squarely focussed on catching some waves!
There have been plenty of other occasions where I have missed less important events but as long as there are waves to ride it will continue to happen!.....so does surfing rule your life?
