Surf Girl is a v.cool surf magazine for....you've guessed it, girls. The layout and content is spot on, so for women who surf or are into the lifestyle its definately worth checking out.
This issue, Surf Girl has an interview with Serena Brooke, who collaborated with the guys at Surf Stronger fitness DVDs to produce the second in their series which concentrates on a Core fitness programme. The interview is well worth a read and the DVD is a must for anyone who surfs.
